Bombay Roast Chicken
Judging from a quick scour of internet polls on Britains favourite dish, curry and roast chicken sit firmly in the top ten (my favourite quote of the search being ‘The ‘curry’ is now a staple in the British kitchen. As a proof, it can even be served with chips.) Proof indeed?! Anyway, diverting back on course, this dish in incredible as it combined these awesome two food stuffs in to one heavily beast… good job Jamie!! The joy of this meal is the conviviality: tearing off pieces of chicken and dipping them into the spicy sweet gravy.
